The Ministry of Energy has signed an Implementation Agreement with Clean Energy Capital LLC for an offshore wind project in the Caspian Sea. The deal with the subsidiary of Azerbaijan Green Energy Company covers the assessment, development and implementation of a 600MW scheme.
Delivery of projects is expected 2028-2030
